Active Zero Field Chambers and Magnetic Field Sources
MEDA manufactures three-axis Helmholtz coil systems that can be used to manually or automatically cancel and compensate for changes in the local ambient magnetic field and to apply stable and accurate magnetic fields within a controlled central volume. Typical applications include magnetometer calibration, magnetic compass calibration, satellite characterization and biological research.
We also design custom multilayer magnetic shields with residual fields as low as 2 nT.
